There are many HIV/AIDS related stigmas. Below I tackle some common myths.
Did you know HIV and AIDS are not the same thing?

AIDS is the last stage of HIV, where the body's immune system is badly damaged by the HIV virus.

This is to keep the virus under control, so people can keep living productive lives.
Did you know that anyone could contract the HIV/AIDS virus?

It doesn't matter the race, religion, or sexuality. Anyone can get the virus.
